The three doors of a file
The notary, the land registry, the wilaya.
Three doors appear in almost every file: the notary, the conservation foncière, the wilaya. The notary draws up the deed. The registry holds the land book. The wilaya steps in when an administrative authorisation is required.
Their hours, forms and fees are not the same everywhere, and they change. The wilaya pages on this site give the code and the name. They do not describe the queue.
A paper named by an acquaintance is not an official list. The useful list is the one the notary gives for the file in hand.
