A loan is an offer
No interest rate is published on this site.
A property loan is a bank offer, dated, with an amount, a term and a rate. Until that sheet is on the table, there is no loan: there is a conversation.
Public banks — among them BNA, CPA, BEA and CNEP-Banque — and participatory banks lend or finance under their own rules. This sentence is not a directory, and it is not an offer.
Immo Algérien does not publish rates, sample repayments or a “best loan”. Those figures age faster than a page.
