Before a building site
Who signs, which drawings exist, and what is written down.
A building site is judged on papers, not on a promise made over coffee. Who is the client, who builds, and which drawing exists?
Ask for the written contract, the description of the land, and what the price includes: structure, finishes, connections. A price spoken aloud is not a contract. A photograph of a villa is not a plan.
This site does not publish prices for cement, steel or labour, and it does not cite a regulation that has not been re-read on the official text of the day.
