Compare two prices
Two amounts, brought back to dinars and to the square metre. Neither is declared fair.
Two listings cannot be compared until both prices are in the same unit. If one is spoken in centimes and the other in dinars, bring both back to dinars. 1 DA is 100 centimes. The tool on this site does that multiplication, and only that.
The price per square metre is then the amount in dinars divided by the surface you type. If the surface was not measured, the result is not a value. It repeats the figure you were told.
This calculation contains no neighbourhood price, no exchange rate and no opinion. A gap between two results does not say which property is the right purchase.
